The free WiFi throughout the property was a bonus for staying connected with loved ones back home. Despite some initial confusion due to the hotel's multiple properties in the vicinity, the Egyptian reception manager guided us effectively, showcasing exceptional hospitality and professionalism. the rates were reasonable considering the proximity to the Haram and the overall cleanliness and service quality provided. One point to note was the presence of some stray hairs in the room, which could be improved for a more polished experience. The balcony in our room offered a charming city view, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. the 24-hour front desk was accommodating, ensuring our needs were met promptly. Being only 700 meters from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, we appreciated the ease of access to this significant landmark. the hotel's proximity to Al Noor Mall also added convenience for shopping and dining options. It's a suitable choice for travelers seeking a cozy stay near the heart of the city, allowing for a harmonious blend of modern comfort and cultural immersion.
